Ky Rauzi
Moderator/Consultant
Ky Rauzi is an NCM Moderator and Consultant who is responsible in facilitating meetings in the US and Canada. Her passion to support and collaborate with female leaders in the dealership world while working with them to achieve tremendous success is a driving force behind her role at NCM. Ky likes to have fun during her meetings with music and crowd participation, all while asking probing questions on the subject matter being examined. This keeps the participants engaged and wanting to come back for more.
Ky is passionate about empowering her colleagues and clients with the best tools and practices to achieve their goals. She leverages her current skills and past experiences to build and maintain strong relationships. Her mission is to provide value-added solutions that meet the evolving needs of the automotive industry and greatly exceed expectations.
Ky has years of dealership experience as a CFO, Controller, and Office Manager for single point and multi‐franchised dealers, and decades of experience working for the largest dealer management system provider in North America. Ky contributor to Wards Auto, where she has written about various topics related to the automotive industry. She has authored articles on subjects like protecting auto dealership profits and the impact of purchase orders. Additionally, as the Sr director of sales at her last company, she qualified for Presidents club and won top sales and top revenue awards 4 years in a row.
Ky's father sent her to the only type of formal training he thought she'd ever need, working for him in his multi-franchised dealerships, the General Motors Business Accounting Managers certification course in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then, she has gone on to receive her State of North Carolina Insurance license, received the Highest Award of Achievement in the Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking course, and became a certified instructor for Train-The-Trainer Eloqui presentation courses.
Outside of work, Ky enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff traveling the world. She also enjoys reading mystery and true crime books and taking long walks.
